Esperanza - Hope For The Children is a charity that helps provide medical treatment for impoverished children in Honduras. The organization is run by good friends of mine and I have seen firsthand how a little can go a long way for these kids.
Esperanza will have a team at the 2024 Genesis Battlegreen Run in Lexington on Sunday, November 3rd. Registration proceeds will go to directly to Esperanza, so please join if you're around!
Your $35 registration includes your choice of three events (5k run, 5k walk, or 10k run), an EspeRUNza t-shirt, and an all-you-can-eat feast following the race.

The Genesis Battlegreen Run
is an annual road race in Lexington, MA. Proceeds are donated to organizations that

About Esperanza - Hope for the Children
Esperanza - Hope For The Children, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) charity in the United States that was officially started in 2006 but has been doing work in Honduras since 2001. Esperanza's goal is to help make the lives of Honduran children easier by improving their medical and educational opportunities. The success of Esperanza is due to the help of countless people in both the United States and Honduras.
Mission
Esperanza's mission is to provide charitable services, including financial assistance for medical treatment and educational costs for the impoverished people living in Honduras. Their professionally-supported organization assists the Honduran people with obtaining medical care within their country, and when unavailable, traveling outside Honduras for treatment.
